Need to rip sound from a movie

I just had a video of me and my friend shooting an M1 carbine. I need to have just the sound from it to make a mod for Call of Duty.

I used to have a program called acoustic (something forgot it). Any way I can do this or any program to. Thanks Harley

virtualdub can save sound as a .wav file, what format is the video in, wmv, avi, mpg ??

well then you also can use TMPGEnc Plus, go to file, mpeg tools, de-multiplex, and follow the instructions.

you'll needed the modded version of virtualdub, otherwise it wont work with mpg's.
