Want to get good low budget video camera?

I got a price range of $200.00 is there any good video camera worthy of that price tag? I just plan to make home videos that kind of thing. I dont care about brand. Thanks Harley

lol thanks Mark, My friend wanted to get one, well another one that he could take places sense his last one is a bit to expensive and I see he will have to pay a few hundred more to get something.
