There has been a second update on this already but the external file number is the same. The new one is "Internal build number is 105" .

To check and make sure you have the correct one, click where it says "details" in the bottom right side on this screenshot which will bring you to the second screenshot where you can check the build number.

There has been a second build released for this definitions file due to a false positive.

You can get this build the normal way. The definitions file number will still read SE1R102 03.04.2006 but the internal build number on the new one is 118. The number on the old one is 117. To check your build number open the program and look to the right side of where the definitions file number is where it says "details". Screenshot below.

Once that opens, check to make sure the "Internal Build" number is 118. You will probably have to close the program and then reopen it after getting the new file in order to show the correct number. Screenshot below.
