if someone can do a test here, http://www.pcpitstop.com/default.asp and tell me if it gives you a low up and down, its saying my is down is 38 and up is 2? but im thinking the site is having problems because ive patched my adsl and its flying plus im getting 479 and 220 at another site.

you have to do the tests several times and clear your cache each time you do it.

Those tests aren't very accurate, just use them as a point of reference.
