Downloading pictures from mobile phone to PC...

First of all I'm sorry for my English...

I have Sony Ericsson T630, it has a built-in camera.
My phone and computer can "see" each other, I can synchronize them and stuff, but when I try to send pictures from the phone to PC, it just cannot connect to it.
Now, what software should I use or what should I do to download pictures from the phone via Bluetooth to my PC?

Yes, I installed everything.
Now I can send files from my PC to the phone, but I still cannot send anything from the phone to PC, I get an error: "Connection failed".
