Can any one help me?
I want an active and professional Billing system which can serve wireless ISP system. My system is serve about 400 wireless clients.

Seems to me that something like Quickbooks or Peachtree would do the trick for you. Pretty sure you can do all aspects of invoicing/billing with either one. And a lot of professionals do use these programs.
