Help My Computer Theme Supersized!

ok... so suddenly i noticed one day that my whole computers fonts, theme and everything got bigger. I didnt even change the resolution. Like my taskbar is a whole lot bigger now and the words are huge.

I want to bring back xp's default theme and fonts sizes.

I will post screenshots. I HATE THIS!!!!! I need to find a way to bring xp theme and everything back to default.

As you can see the fonts especially on the top bar are huge and all the bars including the start button are alot bigger

Your PIC shows - Display Properties/Themes
Under Display Properties/Appearance - there is
a box for Font Size - does it show Normal?

If changing it to Normal from there doesn't work - click on Advanced button.
Look at the box called Item - click on the Arrow and a drop down menu will appear - I think the standart font size is 8 for the various title bars.
