I can't believe that wanadoo expect loyal customers to have to pay an administration fee of £20 to change to there new service. While customers who haven't been with them get a better service then someone who has been with them for over a year and to pay the same price. Thats absoluteley ridiculous! I hope they channge this very soon as I would like to receive faster broadband but don't believe that I should have to pay a £20 charge for a service that someone else can have who hasn't been with them before to get a faster connection for the same price!
