Can someone know how i can bypass this?
Thx a lot!

Hi Dragoon_BPM, and welcome to SpeedGuide...
Your probably capped at 16KBps (128kbps). Who is your ISP?

Thx glc1 for replying me so fast...
My isp is Videotron (I live in Canada), and yes i'm capped at 16kps...
I've seen a "patch" for uncapping over the internet. It was about giving you a static ip, and bypassing by some dns server while disabling dhcp...
I'm not a god in networking but I know a little bit and this seems a little bit strange to me...
So I was asking to know if there is a safe and good way to remove this damn capping ;-)
Btw, sorry for my english ;-)

Uncapping is Illegal! This is not a subjet discussed here. All you can do is use the patches here or pay for more service.
Sorry Dragoon_BPM, but uncapping is illegal and uncapping discussions aren't allowed on this forum. See here (http://www.speedguide.net/editorials/uncapping.shtml) for more info.
