If your using XP, it's pretty easy......If not, you'll need a compression program, like Winzip.

In XP, go to one of the pics or highlight all you want zipped ...Right click, Select, Sent to/Compressed zipped folder..If you want to add more, simply drag and drop into that folder.

Thanks! I do have xp thankfully. Now I have a question within a question...I thought zipping them would make them smaller, and easier to recieve by whomever I email them to....so I zipped them up and emailed the whole folder.....why are they taking like 3 minutes and counting to send?

Depends on the format. JPEGS are already highly compressed files, so zipping them only puts all the pictures in a nice zip file for easier sending.

Smaller, yes, however, they still could be huge. It depends on how many pics, format, connection, etc...

Right click on the zipped file and select properties, how big is it?

Not for a broandband connection. If your using a 56k line, it should take around an hour or so to upload....

No need to worrry, Philip can handle it.

Burn them to a disc and mail them. LOL.

Yeah, 12.5 MB is a bit big to be emailing, sure to tick someone off for tying up their connection. I'd suggest breaking it down into smaller segments, and resizing the pics if at all possible, each pic should be no bigger than 100 kb.

Someone with a dial-up would be crying over that email.

since you are using windows XP, go here and download (http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe) the free Image Resizer from powertoys for XP.

install and then select the pictures you want to e-mail,right click and then chose "resize pictures", it does a pretty good job of compressing and resizing pics for e-mail.
