Date Creation Changer

Does anyone knows a good program or simple way to change the date and time files and folders are created? Some dumb@ss messed with my computer's calender and some files were created with the wrong date. I need it since I sort by date a lot.

for all Windows versions and Linux

Don't really need it just need people to stop changing the months on my calender to see what day it will be next month.
