Anybody know of any programs that you can put a list of numbers into and you can send them a pre-recorded message or a message that you can answer questions? This is not for telemarketing, it is for customer call backs to check if they have any problems with their service or problems when they bought their service.
Thanks

Never tried this - I just googled for " predictive dialer " you don't really need the predictive part, but most vendors will offer a stripped donw wardialer for you. http://www.makemycalls.com/autodialgotv.asp
I work in the CRM/CTI space - we handle voice and data for enterprise/govt/carrier(SBC, MCI) class systems. Cheapest would cost you about $80 (for a single license/line).

Cheapest form where? From us - my point being that you should look for an SMB vendor vs an Enterprise class vendor. We are pure sw, though, so you'd have to already have a PBX/CO switch to handle the actual dialing.
We are a CTI (computer telephony integration) middleware company. We provide the backend to CRM apss - Siebel, Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft, etc.
I installed our stuff on two Sun 15k servers for a job for NYC.
From the sun website:
"

Sorry if my last post seemed off subject - I just want to impress that there is a huge market that addresses this area. There are many options. How much you want ot pay and how much in-house capability you have will drive your decision.
Do you need a solution that works across sites (as opposed to all dialing happening from a single 'source')
Can you do your own recording? Does it need to be dynamic or can you (doubtful) statically pre-record every message?
If you answered yes to any of the above, check your bank balance :)

Sorry - I meant to say cheapest is $80k - $80,000. For a base system and a license. I am not in sales, so I can't tell you exactly what you'd pay. Not that you'd take this route;)
Several major airlines (US and Int'l) use our stuff to notify of flight changes. We do voice, email, fax, sms - whatever you want. Outbound is less 8% of our business though.
