I have a question, I downloaded cable nut and TCP optimizer, I used TCP optimizer and just set it to optimal settings, but then after I also tried downloading the registry files for the best tweaks.

My main question, do I also have to put these tweaks on my other network computer to speed up download speed? one more thing, how come when I start a download I see the transfer rate really high about 400+ kb/s then drops down to about 100 kb/s ??

I used TCP optimizer and just set it to optimal settings in the optimizer click on file and restore oringal settings that setting the optimizer is to high of a rwin so the packets get bottlenecked due to the computer's rwin is to high.. That is why one is slower then the other.
