where can I find info on @home outages or problems...

is there a site where you can find info on where @home is having connection isues... so like before I go bezerk . I can at least have something to show me that i'm not the only one with my @home timing out for 15 seconds about 46 times a day.

I appologize for the damn thread being so long.. Lets not kill me over this. If you had the connection issue i'm having you would be prettty damn pissed knowing you can't play an online game for more than 10 minutes without having to disconnect and reconnect to the server.

They have internal web pages that show outages state by state, along with what their customer service representatives are supposed to say to disgruntled customers who call in to complain about the email servers, interruptions in service, slow speeds, etc. Unfortunately, these web pages are not allowed to be posted here, and the only recourse you have is to contact @Home personally, either through their web based chat, or the good old telephone (I strongly recommend a speaker phone).
