Want DSL In My Area

I have been waiting for over 7 years for DSL or some kind of fast speed connection.

I live in GRIMES COUNTY in TEXAS. DSL seems to be available to all the other little cities and counties surrounding Grimes County.

I do not know who to complain to. Someone told me to complain to the FCC, but I dont think this is correct.

I am trying Proxyconn DSL Speed For Dial Up. Actually, I haven't seen any difference. I am using AOL 9.0 Optimized.

Who is your Telco Provider? SBC or Verizon?

Road runner has a point call your telco see what they could also if it is sbc i belive they have satalite service out now i'll have to double check that.. Pretty sure they do

Have you called your local phone company and asked? You usually have to be within a certain distance of your local phone CO, which they determine, to have it available to you. 17,500 feet is a common maximum distance, varies from ISP to ISP.
