Yeah you just leave it running. Yeah you can stop it and restart it and it will pretty much just start up where it left off.

Some wu's take longer to finish than others. What kind of system are you running it on ??

You will want to stop it when you play BFV too.

yes it may take some time depending on the work unit you get, some can be done in 6 hours, others can take a few days.

go here for a cool monitoring program (http://fahstats.sourceforge.net/mt/) to check how long it will take.

i have overclocked it some times to run benchmarks, even installed ram sinks but never really got too high with it, so i just run it default speeds.

i used the rage 3-D tool i think, the one that integrates with the display properties.

Wether you leave it running or not, kinda depends 1) on what kind of system you have, and 2) what game you're playing.

Older slower systems might not play games too well with folding running. Especially with very system intensive games.

On paper, Folding is supposed to only use idle CPU times...but actually there's a tiny bit of intrusion on the CPU to keep checking for idle. Most apps don't notice it..but some might act up, especially if your system is not very robust.

My AMD XP system, most games I'd leave it folding, but some, like when BF 42 just came out..ran better without folding. But my P4C system, I run 2x instances of folding most of the time, I close one and leave the other running while playing BF:V. The hyperthreading really helps out.
