Bad connection only on specific IP's.

I've been racing online for over 4 years now
and for the past year I've used the same IP's
to connect to the servers I'm racing on.

Well about a week ago, I'm having severe connection
problems with a few of them. The servers I'm having
problems with have stayed consistent since a week ago
and the servers I've not had problems with work
consistently fine.

I tried asking my Comcast but all my tests come back
rock solid. This must be a routing issue because
the problem is only with some of the servers.

Comcast says it must be on the servers end but why did
the problem just start and the servers are in different locations?

Comcast must have changed something because I've been
Racing on these exact servers for more than 6 months.

Is Comcast just blowin it off?

What can I do??
