help with upload

maybe someone can help me here.

when i upload any files, it does it in short quick bursts. not a continuous stream. anyone know why? and how to make it do it constantly not in little bursts??

your RWIN may be too high. It took me forever but I found my optimal RWIN by using someone's mathematical formula of DSLR and it worked. Any smaller and my downloads would stall, any bigger and my downloads spiked. I also have an Intel PRO/100+ and I maxed the receive buffers, set the TCBs at 24, CPUSaver at 800, Coalesce at 1, Map Registers ar 32 and tis bought me a bit more stabilty and DSLR finally gave me a 4Mbps http://www.speedguide.net/ubb/smile.gif, even though I actualy still do 5Mbps but the test is only guaranteed up to 3Mbps.
