Today's Practice Screenies ( 56k beware )

Do any of you guys get a slight lag when Screen shooting ? What I see when I press the button is very rarely what ends up on my Screenie . When I first snap it , I'll see a GREAT shot freeze for a half second on the screen ... but then the screenie is actually a half second after that moment. So I have to hit it a little earlier then I want to and cross my fingers. I missed some GREAT shots ( ended up with alot of Red screens and some menus ... lol )
