I have not upgraded my firmware in a while so i figured i would on my router, but how do i know which version i have, just the regular RP614 or RP614V2?

Look on the bottom/back of your router. It should be there. Its like that on the Linksys routers so it may be the same on yours.

Open up the settings on your Router. Go to the Maintenance Tab, then look under the Router Status. It will show you the Router Model # and the firmware version.
