need help tweaking my connection plz

I just did a speedtest from atl.speakeasy.net because i am near atl.
the results were 3098 / 239

I use Ad-Aware, Spybot, & Spyware Blaster

I just want to optimize my connection speeds, tweak them whatever u guys call it :P

yeah but it says

that means im limited or whatever, i wanna tweak my connection for gaming :D plz help :thumb:

That isn't a speed test judge your connection by speed not the analyzer information below.

also you can't tweak gamming the settings i give people are for faster transfers and web browsing you cannot tweak ping/latency that is sent out by the isp thourgh routers down the cable/phone line to you house you cannont change that.
