Whenever my FAH tries to send results it says it could not connect to work server. Anyone else having this problem.

Me too ... I keep getting a 504 error ....
I bet I've lost 300+ points trouble shooting and stopping/restarting my client .... In some cases it does not pick up the already done cores ( Is this because it can't save every 15 frames to the server like it should be ? )

I wonder why some of my WU's are able to send and recieve new WU's with not problems at all . Yet some keep getting errors trying to connect.

Stanford is really having troubles with server 143.
Work units you finish for this server will be queued up in you folding directory and will be tried to be resent every 6 hours or whenever you finish another work unit. You should be assigned to another server to download another type of work unit so you will keep folding while waiting.
Expiration time for stored work units will be automatically extended the length of time the server is down so they won't expire.

Just let it keep downloading new jobs. Its holding it in queue to upload when the server goes back up. While you fold it will autotry to re-send. I got a bunch myself too.

Also ... what is the best method for stopping a hidden process or a Service cleaniny ? Stopping the Process in Task manager ? Stopping the Service in Admin tools ?

Well I go to START/RUN type in CMD <enter> and then @ command prompt type: net stop folding <enter>
best do it from admin tool as in Taskmanager you gotta shut down SRVANY, FAHSRV and the core as well, and it doesnt always work. Windows will try to restart the other components so when u go to stop one...the other restarts lol.
As far as the starting and stopping of the client...No...its not going to try to download from .143 since its down, so it will download with no prob from another server. As its folding it will keep trying to resend the unit in queue.

Mine wasn't attempting to retrieve any new WU's though .... I had to stop and restart the service in order to get it to do so ...
It looks like all but one went ahead and tranfered the pending WU that was in Que after stopping and restarting the service. Hopefully that one will upload eventually.
What exactly is the Fahlog-prev.log ? Is that the previous WU that was not uploaded ? Does that disapear when it gets uploaded to their server ?

So if you want to save them, change the names of the "Prev" files, perhaps to Prev1.txt, etc., which will prevent them from being overwritten and which will keep them in sequence, with 1 being the oldest.

When that server goes back up I'll be getting some pointage...
