I tried fooling around with gpedit and QoS in Windows 2003 Server, but
I still can't limit my bandwidth on this computer. Is ther any good programs, (freeware perfered) that can do this?
Thanks for your suggestions.
Be Happy,
Shinobi :)

Thanks Jack, I went with NetLimiter v1.30, as I can disable it and re-enable it... I have a Unreal 2004 Game server on my network... with this, I can save the majority of bandwidth for the server, while I'm surfing on my other client computers on my LAN.
Thanks for the suggestion.
Shinobi.

another option would be Net Prioritizer, you can limit your download speed with it like NetLimiter but it also prioritizes your bandwidth to favour your current active window or program. Pretty neat little program
