First question would be to ask your provider if you are allowed to do that. ;)

There are many solutions out there which will easily "load balance" 2x WAN connections, several routers with dual WAN ports. The router puts traffic to whichever port has the least load.

But true "bonding"...like mentioned above, you need to setup with your ISP first.

In order to combine connections you need an Internet service that is specifically design for this purpose, and you have to buy expensive hardware that can take advantage of such service.

There are ISPs that offer such a service.

You can get a Dual WAN Router. (Hawking FR24 Dual WAN)

Link to: Hawking FR24 Dual WAN Firewall Router. (http://www.buy.com/retail/computers/product.asp?sku=10322558)

The Router will not combine the Connections, it will load balance the connection and will use the better of the two in the given moment, or it will help in efficient distribution of the connections between the Network computers.

None of the computers will gain “Speed” that is faster then one single connection.
