Error message

I keep getting a error message with ws-ftp, everytime I try to log in????
Here is what I keep getting
!Failed "port".
! retrieve of folder listing failed (0)
Anyone know what the deal is?

Your FTP is probably down. See if another program will work.

Mine was for several days before...I had to contact the host and tell them to fix it. But try another program first.
