Is there a way to make a pic look like a drawing in Paint Shop?

i've used some of the paint brush effects to make the picture look like a painting, but i want to make it looks like a drawing.

psp has filters that can do that.

I have 7, if its in 8 then
Effects - Artistic effects - Black pencil, then adjust the detail level
