Wireless Network took a dive last night.

My wireless connection just died last night without warning. I've been trying to get it back up, but no luck.

Hardware:

D-Link Air Plus G DI-624 Router
D-Link Air Plus G DWL-G650 Card

Sony VAIO R505 at 1000Mhz
Earthlink/Covad DSL 1500/128


Any help would be apreciated, everything on the wires works perfectly BTW!!!

Can you see any other networks out near you?

Could be interference. Could be transmitter failure most likely in the router. Transmitters generate a lot of heat, especially if they are putting out more than they where designed for.

There is some hacked firmware out there that allows one to up the transmitter power. If you have been running anything like that then I would bet on failure.

Just a couple of possibilities.
