What are you guys using for rigs?

Seems like all of this folding would be a great idea, for re-using some legacy computers (which I'm a fantic when it comes to "legacy" computers)

I'm using a P3 @ 500MHZ ... and a happy AMD K6-2 @ 400 MHZ

i have a p-3 500 that i sometimes run F@h on, only problem is i don't have a 4th copy of windows XP, and i have to run the PC remote desktop because i only have 3 monitors, so i reformat it every 30 days when it is running to avoid activation.

windows 98 is to much of a pain for me to get running where i can just let it run for weeks at a time and not worry about it :(

i like to stay legit though as far as windows goes, unless you know something i don't ?

One of the reasons I'm slowly moving over to Linux on all but the pc's that I use all the time.

Currently am using xandros version. Once you buy one copy you can place it on as many pc's as you own.

It seamlessly allows me to view progress from my Windows lan setup. Cost is less than a copy of XP Home upgrade and like I said you can install it legally on more than one computer.

Retired the 500 Celly, but it would still fold on time

Yes I bought the deluxe version.

Main problem I've found with Linux so far is that they don't support wireless lan as of yet, but I'm sure someone is working on it.

But otherwise I like using it to connect my extra pc's to my Windows LAN . Haven't had any problems at all that away.

no it is corporate ... Completely legal you don't have to buy multiple Home liscenses that way ..

Just one pro and you are done ..

Of course it costs a little more but, every luxury comes at a price :p
