I had just started Earthlink cable access. I can connect to the internet at very good speeds directly using IE6 but when attempting to sign in with the Total Access 2004, I get a message stating that the software can not connect to the Netgear MA101. It is being recognized and the network both internally and externally seem to be running fine. I have also installed the latest drivers for the MA101 V2.4. I just can't get the TA2004 to work. My router is a Netgear MR814V1. Is there a specific configuration that I need to do to the MA101 or the MR814V1 or both in order for TA2004 to work through it?
