I've stopped buggin people about it and I think if you get to the point where you're going to complain and leave if people don't switch, save the players the annoyance and just leave.

You mean as far as number of players on each side? I think keeping it close is good enough. No more than a 3 people more on either side (ie - 10 vs 13).
If its badly out numbered, something should be done.
uneven teams do not really bother me much, it is just a game after all and soon enough the map will change.
what i don't care for is people jumping to the winning team just so they can say their team won.
i really don't play much anymore any ways, getting kinda bored with it , maybe some newer maps would help.

So how should I know? I switched right after you said no he's not active and then you leave a 2nd later. So you had already made your mind up to leave, why bother whining?
Next time say "Guys this other dude isn't playing, someone switch."
Thats all it takes, I didnt know what was up until I went blue.

I play for the team I spawn as. There's been times I was switched and didn't realize it and caught a TK as soon as I respawned.:o I try to be a little more mindful of that now though.;)
Immediately after first spawn...I look at how the teams are stacked....even if they are even in numbers, does that mean even in experience? Not really. So I always try to hop on a team with less players or with less experience to give them a hand.
Let's say that we have a bunch of flyboys on red.....we'll, I'll go to blue just to even things up a bit...and to go against the flyboys for my own experience.
Now if things seem evenly matched...I stay where I am.

That's what I do. Generally first preference is red if I can make a choice. But if stacked teams, I'll join the outnumbered one.
Get too many complaints if I run auto team balance on the server, so we don't. One of those "damned if ya do, damned if ya don't" things.

Sorry man... after 5 minutes of trying to explain what was going on, someone finally realizes it ? You didn't realize how you guy took all 3 flags in about one minute and were closing in on our base? Please.
At least most people on the server are pretty observant of stuff like that and do their best to even up the teams. This definetely isn't the majority of you who do this.

At 3 to 2 I expect that the team with 3 will do that.
You never tried to explain anything.

No, but if he was playing and just goofing off but obeying the rules then MM doesn't have a legitimate gripe. Sometimes you get stuck with a guy just fooling around. That's the breaks. Just a game after all. No need to get all bent out of shape over it.
Nothing personal here at all just the way I see it.

You couldn't of said it any better than I would of have. :)
Once again when we get back to the other admin program the teams will be easier to maintain a equal number of players on each side. :)
Probably off topic but Tobruk sucks if your Coalition. It fuc'in sux!

LMFAO i wasnt goofing off i was shooting at someone that was flying over the base and then i would flop on the ground a few times the planes dont like me...
but i was active and what can you do if it is 3 vs 2 ? not much i dont suspect...lol oh well it is only a game and it is there to have fun.. i would play as a team if asked to it is better when the team cooperates together!!!!

it sucks for the same reason that being axis sucks on Oil Fields....... your base/airfield can be captured, but theirs can;t.
