KOF clan sucks!

i am not into playing clan matches!

8 of them [KOF] clan members and they take on everyone else.

ANy clan that goes into random servers and waxes and i mean !!! >>>WAXES non clan peep is totally lame.

they suck they should play other clans if they dont want to even the teams !!

I wont be back until i hear of change or kicks of KOFS or something!!!!! GRRRRRR

i dont believe the first part of the thread title, and i don;t think you do, either. c'mon, man.

it;s just a game. in any public environment there will always be tards that show up. just realize that kind of thing is, on occasion, inevitable. those rare occasions don;t mean that the game, or the server sucks.

I've played on a few clan servers before. Some of them are cool because it's more organized play. I didn't find the invasion that thrilling because my skills are lacking. Hanging around was a good way to get them up though. Than there's also the principle of even teams that defies the nature of a clan in some ways. I don't fall into the clan mentality myself either. I just play to have fun. If it becomes a routine than something would have to be done I suppose. But such things are to be expected as Faust said on a public server. Besides I'm sure allot of them think we are a clan because of the [SG] in our names. That almost invokes a challenge because it's like wearing gang colors in their eyes. To password protect it would be too drastic IMO. We would loose allot of players that way, which wouldn't be much fun at all for any of us.

Oh yeah .. sorry needles for telling you to eff off. I was pretty mad was really looking fwd to finally playing some dc in yosc after waiting for .7 patch etc.. Finally get in to play and them [KOF] guys are in there slaying us.

Clans should play clans, if they are not they should even up the teams. thats just edicate... I mean what is the point in haveing a well trained army with a plan enhanced communications ( a clan) and going and killing a bunch of armed civilians?

I say we round up the sgs best and go kick their asses!

I'll add something to the autoannouncements about no clans using server for practice by stacking the sides.

Once we have rules posted...we can then kick/ban them if they purposefully break the rules.

I agree with Cypher on this one. To passers by it does kinda look like a clan server in there with the [SG] tags and everyone of us talking to each other. I had a good time last night except for the odd idiot that would TK or shoot our equipment. I think it would be fun to get all the SG'er together and show them who owns the server. But then again that would lean towards clan activity which some of you guys may not like.

All I play on is clan servers. There the best servers to play on. :) Just because they invade our server and play rather good doesn't mean they suck. I'd rather play against clan's rather than a smacktards and newbs any day of the week.

You guys should feel HONORED that a clan that good thought it would be worth their time to come to the [SG] server and play. They don't go to regular EA servers and such because they know it isn't worth their time. They must have had some peeps in and out in the past and decided it was a damn good challange.

Now, I definetely am not a fan of stacking sides, but if they are there, welcome them. You'll probably learn a whole helluva lot from them. I wish I would have been there yesterday to bring them a little fire from above.

yeah well... IMHO they do suck for the main reason they play unfair. HOw?

I also think that if they really want to be skillfull they would be challenging other clans NOT US sgers & and ave joes.

LEts get even!!! We already know that they are not that good of a clan (good clans dont invade and use sucker punch tactics ) so it would be fairly easy for us to get together and kick their asses. I propose we start an sg clan nothing too serious but just maybe a few practice times and learn a few tactics learn to use teamspeak etc.

I'm going to disagree with you on this. Fact is, no clan worth their salt as people feels the need to go stack against what is essentially a loose scrim game.

1) They learn nothing from it, since the other side isn't employing any real strategy, and any tactics they do use are of convenience. As often as not they are lone wolfing, and really easy fodder for a two or three man team.

2) They have bots who can be set to be more dangerous than ANY human for practicing reflexes.

It's like a pro hockey team (or semi-pro) taking on a group of people out for a simple scrim. They (the semi-pros) get nothing from the experience except the satisfaction of defeating people who aren't even aware they're playing semi-pros. The people just trying to have a fun scrim get their game ruined and get absolutely nothing out of it except frustration and anger.

I'm not "honored" by any clan visiting the server, I don't care who they are. DC and BF42 are GAMES. I am impressed by a few clans who visit and play with ethics and split teams, and act as ambassadors for their group. But I am not honored to be in their presence. It's our server, not theirs. Our house, not theirs.

I think the best suggestion is to put a "No Clan Stacking" rule into play. Real clans or gaming groups should have no problem with that. Those who do aren't honoring the spirit of the game, and I'll happily show them my boot.

The SG server is becoming known for good play.. it gets busier sooner and the numbers of users are growing. That's not because of any clan or gaming group. It's because we (as a group) play with a sense of humor (most of the time. :) ), are in it for the FUN instead of being hyper competitive, and have Admins who care abotu the rules, follow the rules themselves, and will enforce the rules. (Not that we don't make mistakes, I know I do.)

It is THEIR honor to play on OUR server.
