Too bad cause Lindows may not be around much longer anyway. They recently lost a lawsuit vs MS in one of the scandanavian countries. Lindows can no longer be marketed and sold there. Soon enough, the same suits will finalize in US and the guy w/ the most money will win.

I think the papers are already filed for the US bit - in appeal as I recall. If interested in Linux, try a distro that will be around - SuSE, RH, debian, or try a bsd.

Check out cygwin if you want a taste of linux without even having to dual-boot :)

Thanks for the link.:) Please don't take my other post the wrong way, I'm not pissed at you man, I'm pissed at the Lindows site. If they want to promote something you don't do it by making someone 189th in line to download it. Ya at least I can log into the site now. I'm only going to try so many more times and give up.;)

Just finished my download, took a while, 500 kbts. I was 51st in line so I just waited it out. I just started burning the CD, not sure when I will try it out. I don't have my PC setup for a dual boot, I guess it's time to dig out Partition Magic. I guess I should be thankfull my coupon worked.:D Thanks KsJason.:)
