Flashget is the best download manager easily. Head and shoulders above the rest.

If you install the free version it has an ad in it. But when you install it you have the option to install the free version or the trial version which has no spyware in it. Then just enter your serial number.

and how do i get a serial number, i already downloaded it from their website ?
