can't send mail

OK I dunno what is going on ...

I can't access my homepage www.lance-tek.com (my site) I can not send SMTP mail either.

The structure is this ...

I am on a win 2K rig which is connected to my FR314 which is connected to a SpeedStream 5360 which is connected to SBC DSL.

As I stated above I can't send mail I can recieve mail but not send. At times I will end up downloading mulitple copies of the same message. I would assume that this is because the server can not see that i already have this message.

port 25 is open on the router so I should be able to send. Or at least it shows that it is open ...

Sometimes I can access my site, sometimes I can't ...

Please help!!!!

I am going crazy over this crap.

Has this setup worked before? Who is hosting DNS for you?

yes it has been working fine for a year. my Domain is registered through GoDaddy ..

I am hosted by SharpWeb. Do you think it could be an issue at GoDaddy?

ISP says nothing on their end ... SWI says same

I have double checked my side of it and no problems within my network ...

It is odd, I have problems with DNS and problems with my mail but usually they are offset from one another ... I will have one while the other is not working and then I will have the other ...

All is working at the moment ...

I dunno if it is fixed or not but I was able to send my mail today ..
