Im still running bout 2100/206 and about 222 on oo test64 ,,,,,,heres my dsl report to to see if you can make anything out of it...super thanks

Try the following in the tcp optimizer

Default recive window 128480 max mtu 1500
mtu dicovery yes ttl64
Black hole detect no
selective acks yes
max dump acks 3 with tcp123 window scailing checked



I would also try 32120 for default recive window and window scailing unchecked.
