Everything was perfect last night and today when I transferred a file about 250mb to the other comp. the transfer started and then stopped for about 3sec, and then started again for about maybe 6-8sec and stopped, then explorer froze the window where the file was going to for about 30sec then a message (bottom right hand side) saying:
Delayed Write Failed. Windows was unable to save all the data for the file \Device\LanmanRedirector. The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere. :irate:

I checked this error message on Google and most of the sites talked about 40 and 80 pin HD problems. OK, so what.
Why did this work less than 24hrs ago and not now???

Please help me I'm not accustomed to errors. hehe
Not since I threw a network together have I had so much trouble.

If any one needs more info let me know and I'll post it as soon as I can.
Thanks again
Andrew
