Need your help ! im changing ISP

Im tired of this crappy ISP there are million probs with them ..few examples:

1)My connection disconnects after few hours of use.. and ofcourse i was downloading something important from MIRC..
2)Web Pages doesnt load at all .. u can sit and watch the loading progress bar all day long..
3)Cant manage to connect to the internet .. happens randomly and it pisses me off .. esspecially if i have Clan fights or i have to check something important..
4)My pings in AAO are higher than usual sometimes...even in local Servers ! lets say it changes from 60 to 500 every few mins .. how can u game when your bullets reach the ****ing target after 5 secs ?@?@?!?!!?
5)Upload speed Sucks ! even if its ADSL sometimes the speed drops to 5-6KB/s !!

all i want is you to check this site and tell me which ISP is the better...
