Been awhile since I posted anything so I thought I would pass on a little info.
Users of Insight service in the Louisville Ky area, check to see if your modem is DOCSIS 2.0 compatible. I have been having disconnects and slow speeds for a few days. Called Insight, they advised they have upgraded their servers and modems not 2.0 could have problems.
Replaced my old 3com cmx with a Motorola surfboard 5100. So far back to normal!
