Can't access certain sites

Recently I'm having problem accessing to some sites hosted by Nexcess.net, I originally thought that it was a problem with them, however some friends told me that they can access to the sites I can't, I think this is strange because I can access any site, except some sites hosted by nexcess, here is a list of the sites I'm having problems:

http://comingsoon.net
http://chud.com
http://theprophecy.net
http://empiremovies.com/
http://comics2film.com/

I can access to:

http://www.arenafan.com
http://sysadmintalk.com/
http://harrisonfordweb.com/

I've erased cookies, history and cache and still doesn't works, I've also disabled my antivirus and firewall (and even used Mozilla navegator to see if it was a IE problem)

I also have noticed that when I'm connected using a Ip adress that starts with 201. I can't access the sites I mentioned before, but when I'm connected using a Ip Adress that starts with 200. I have no problem (my internet provider uses alternate Ip's).

The 201.x.x.x addresses are not being advertised correctly by your ISP's edge routers, so there is no path back to your computer from the sites. Not anything you can do to fix it.

But why it happens only in those sites?

Should I call my ISP provider?

The route to the 201 addresses has not been learned by all the internet routers. It may be that the addresses are new, or the problem may be out on the web somewhere. You definitely need to talk to your ISP.
