Since I have been changing fire walls and anti viruses, I can't use Outlook. When i try to send and receive it says:

"The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.cogeco.ca', Server: '127.0.0.1', Protocol: POP3, Port: 5100, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E"

"The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.cogeco.ca', Server: '127.0.0.1', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 5101, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E"

WHat do I do? I have Sygate Personal Firewall and AVG Anti-Virus.

127.0.0.1 is an internal IP address most likely provided from a routers DHCP service or another for of DHCP... figure out why its trying to connect to you or another client on your LAN???

I bet you forgot to unconfigure your email before uninstalling Norton. You simply need to go back into your OE mail account and reset the pop and smtp server addresses and perhaps ports, I can't remember for sure. YOSC will know.
