Emule , Mirc is not connecting since the past 2 days ....when emule tries to connect to any server it says request timed out .....on the other hand Kazaalite is connecting but it takes a lot of time to connect (which is never the case before )......I use windows XP and i hav a cable connection with a speed of 64 kbps .....i beleive that my ISP might b some kind of Firewall to stop the downloading ....is it possible to check whether my comp is under some kind of firewall??
