Hi,
I am a new user, so excuse me if the problems seem simple.I've been wondering about my broadband connection, as it does seem as slow as the old 56k modem. In the bottom R hand corner, the 2 blinking monitors are showing a connection speed of 800kbps but when I click on the connection manager, the downstream payload ( I'm downloading something) is varying between 30kbps and 130kbps. Just to confuse me more, when I click on the progress box, it shows the transfer rate as 5.77kbps
Any ideas?
