ok this is the only way i can explain this when i boot my pc up it put's up the list of stuff in my pc and it lets you access the bios by pressing delete how do i stop this so it just boots straight up
that is of course if i can :rolleyes:

if you mean the screen that sits there for just a moment before going ahead and booting up - you can't disable it - not that I know of.
Some BIOSes have a setting called "Silent Boot" that puts up a splash screen (usually the motherboard maker's logo) instead of the POST information. Look for an option like that in your BIOS.
