Private Message count in USER CP

I would like a little window on the Private Messages screen that displays how many TOTAL messages you have in the different sections.

Something like this:

inbox = 3
sent = 4
tracking = 8

TOTAL = 15

That would let us know where we stand without having to go delete and search through. Also, it would let us know there may be many sitting in there older than 60 days.

the total number of PMs is currently 100... That includes all folders.

vB 3 has been in Beta testing for a long time, I think they're up to Beta 7 and they'll be releasing the Final soon... Hacking the vB code is usually quite involved and it does not make much sense with a totaly different new release on the way.

It's not so much the hacking as the rehacking. You see every time you upgrade to the latest version of vBulletin to get the latest bug fixes and whatnot you have to rehack the code since the upgrade undoes whatever hacks you have done. I know I for one wouldn't want to do it.


As for vBulletin 3 it looks pretty slick. Their forum is running on it.
