I am looking for a compression utility and was wondering if I can get some suggestions.

My fave is WinRar and better compression than Zip.

I have been using Zip Genius for quite a while now and think it is great.

windows XP has a built in compression utility, not sure how it compares to the others tough.

Oh yeah, was wondering also if there is such a program to save news headlines from news websites. like a screenshot maybe?

Actually I believe a program called UHARC has the highest compression, but I use winRAR myself. Opens ANY type of compressed file, unlike WINZIP, is faster, AND more configurable.
Winzip gets thumbs down.

to save the page anywhere you want.
To take a screenshot, just hit <alt>+<print screen> at the same time, and then open "mspaint>edit>paste then save the pic created.
