A Florida Power & Light crew putting lines for an addition to the Orlando International Airport found the following in a culvert they were preparing to install...

The gator was 18' 2" long.

The rattlesnake roundup total = 87!

Adds a whole new meaning to Worker's Compensation Exposures; hell these guys deserve combat pay!

A buddy of mine who works for the county emailed these pics to me.. He said the gator was found a few days before the rattlesnakes, but when the rattlesnakes were found the rattlers could be heard over the planes taking off, so to answer your question, yes, they were alive.. very alive. ;)
