FREE program for PDFs

Can someone remind what that program was called ? I keep thinking that YOSC or Norm was talking about it awhile back. I need a program that can create PDF files that does't cost an arm and a leg.

It will be used to make forms for the school internet site.

Croc: That wasn't quite it, but thank you much for the info. :) BTW... I have been hanging out with a guy from Australia (Syndey) that works with my buddy. He's a pretty funny guy.
