I know this isn't your regular everyday digital media question, but here goes: I do alot of screen caps using the Camtasia studio software. I then edit and covert to windows media format for file size.
I have recently switched over to WinXP Pro, and now the .wmv files that I convert from the Camtasia files play very blurry in any media player that I try, on my pc. If I view the same media files on someone elses pc they are crystal clear. I thought it was must me, but I happen to have a buddy who is also running XP Pro, and he has the same problems I am experiencing.
I have tried different video acceleration settings, I have made sure the video is playing at 100% of size rather than scaled down, it just seems like a weird bug.
Has anyone ran across this and have a fix?
