Just got back from the airshow and thought that I would share some of pictures. I had to use the digital zoom on some of the shots, so the clarity is not that great, but overall I am happy with how they turned out.

Indy,
They definitely did the JATO takeoff. That is the highlight of the show for me whenever I see the Blue Angels.
Thanks for the props on the pic.

No prob...I've been in the cockpit on the receiving end of a KC-135 and I've got some video tape of it around here somewhere...need to find it and get it digitized...

Indy,
I would definitely like to see that video. I was gonna post my video of Fat Albert taking off with the JATO, but unfortunately I took the video with digital camera, so it is extremely low-res.

Here's the link to the jato take off here last week: http://indyost.home.comcast.net/jato.avi
I'm gonna have to go and find that tape...on that same tape I have some footage of when we were flying over New York City at about 3 in the morning (this was back in '96). We got clearance to go down to about 3000 feet and I was able to get some great footage of downtown Manhattan, along with the WTC, all the way to Central Park.

Fat Albert brings it. I think the character played by Dan Akroyd in the movie 'Tommy Boy', Ray Zalinksy, said it best: "God, I love that".
Thanks for the video Indy.
