Ok my routers default IP is 192.168.1.1
I tried setting a DMZ port at 192.168.1.11 etc etc.
I told it to forward all connections to the port 27960, to the DMZ port itself. Then i set warcraft 3 to play on port 27960, still no go

Three Options to open NAT-Firewall
1. Get rid of the Router.
2. The gaming computer can be put on the DMZ.
It means that the Router can put one of your network's computers in front of the Firewall.
The computer is chosen by its IP number. Consult your Router's manual to the specific settings and menu.
3. Port Opening.
You can open ports through the NAT-Firewall and info can come in through these ports regardless of the NAT.
A. All Routers let you define few individual ports
B. Port Range - Most Routers let you define a range of ports to be kept open (e.g. 5000-6000).
C. Port Triggering (available in some Routers) - Applications that connect to the Internet by using port X expecting an answer through port Y. Port Triggering makes sure that port Y is available to receive the answer.
The way to open a port depends on the Router. Each manufacture has his own "Shticks" to go about it. Each one has his way of organizing the Menus. You have to read the Manual in order to know how to do it. The term that it is referred to could be Port Mapping, Port Opening, etc. In a Virtual Server.
List of ports that are associated with various applications can be found here:
Special Applications - Port List. (http://www.practicallynetworked.com/sharing/app_port_list.htm)

Ok now I read that WC3 can use only port 4000, and 5000 for TCP and 6112 for UDP
So in my forwarding list I put from port 4000 - 4000 protocol tcp then what IP do I forward that port to? Do I forward it to my routers IP address? 192.168.1.1? Do I need to use a DMZ port?
Thanks again

You either:
1)Put the computer in the DMZ, which opens up all 65,000 plus ports....you're computer is hanging wide open, totally naked, outside the firewall, fully exposed. Absolutely nothing else needed to get people to connect to anything. But...this is the poor, lazy approach, you're fully exposed to hackers.
-or-
2)Do some homework, find out what ports your application needs to have open/forwarded. You can do this by hitting the websites/forums about that game. Now, once you know what ports you need to have forwarded...you should do two things. First....your computer that will be the server, assign it a static LAN IP address. You should do this so you know what IP it is..and you can forward ports to that IP. See my link below for setting that up. Next...the second thing you do...is forward the necessary ports your application needs. In my example in the link, I use Quake 3, which is easy, only needs one port...27,960. But as you apparently found out, WC3 needs several ports......4,000....5,000...and 6112. So...log onto your routers web admin, click that advanced tab over on the right side...then click the port forwarding tab...and type them in.
4000 4000 forward to 192.168.1.11
5000 5000 forward to 192.168.1.11
6112 6112 forward to 192.168.1.11
Dont forget to check the "enable" box over on the right
Check marks for UDP and TCP, if unsure, not bad to simply check both. That column on the left...only for you to name the ports for whatever, can put WC3...simply for you to ID the ports.

WC3 will work with port 6112 open
